CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

At Reddy Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional care to every patient. In order to maintain fairness, protect appointment availability, and respect the time of our clinical staff, all patients are required to review and acknowledge the following policy prior to scheduling any appointment.

1.CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD REQUIREMENT

A valid credit or debit card on file is required in order to proceed with booking any appointment at Reddy Aesthetics. No appointment will be confirmed without a card on file. Your card information is stored securely and will only be charged in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

2.CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE NOTICE

Patients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another patient in need of care.

3.NO-SHOW & SAME-DAY CANCELLATION FEE

A $50 non-refundable fee will be charged to the card on file if any of the following occur:

•You fail to show up to your scheduled appointment (no-show)

•You cancel your appointment on the same day it is scheduled

•You reschedule your appointment on the same day it is scheduled

Please note: This $50 fee is non-refundable and will be automatically charged to the card on file. This policy applies to all patients without exception.
